Painter Process Control Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates customer-facing services including Tenancy-IQ and Butter & Burlap. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you interact with our company websites, services, applications, and messaging programs.
Information We Collect
- Contact information such as name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Account, order, maintenance, property, billing, and support information needed to provide our services.
- SMS alert preferences, opt-in status, consent source, consent timestamp, and related messaging records when users choose to receive text alerts.
- Technical information such as browser type, device data, IP address, access times, and site usage information.
How We Use Information
- Provide and operate Tenancy-IQ, Butter & Burlap, and related services.

SMS Privacy
SMS messages are transactional and service-related. Tenancy-IQ sends property-management alerts to opted-in users with active accounts. Butter & Burlap sends order-related updates to customers who opt in during checkout, signup, or account setup.
By enabling SMS alerts for an operated service, you agree to receive recurring transactional text messages from that service. Message frequency varies based on account activity, urgent maintenance events, ticket assignments, order activity, pickup readiness, shipping, tracking, and operational updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except service providers that support delivery of transactional service alerts.
Service Providers
We may use service providers such as hosting, payment, email, database, analytics, and SMS providers to operate our services. These providers are used only as needed to deliver, secure, support, and improve the services.
Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
